There are 2 ways to start the trek first is from Bhasgunath temple (a shortcut but this trek is full of adventures), second one is from Galludevi temple (a long trek but trekking is easy).

Bir Billing is Known as the paragliding capital of India, Bir Billing is a short drive from McLeod Ganj and offers thrilling paragliding experiences, as well as a serene environment for meditation and relaxation.
7) Visit the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA):
Established to preserve Tibetan culture, this institute organizes performances of traditional Tibetan music, dance, and theater. If you’re lucky, you might catch a live performance.

Dharmshala to Mcleodganj: I prefer you to use the ropeway if your trip is for 3 days because you can use the same ropeway ticket while returning from Mcleodganj to Dharmshala.
Stay in Hotel: There are many hotels in Dharamshala as well as Mcleodganj but I prefer you to get a hotel room in Mcleodganj it’s easy for you to explore the beauty of Mcleodganj and it also saves your time. At the time of weekend hotel charges in Mcleodganj are at a high peak. So plan accordingly.
